| Description | This herbarium includes two types of material: dried and mounted as on sheets in a herbarium or conserved in formaldehyde in glass jars. Aside from the samples collected by well-known botanists such as E. Ballé, Font i Quer i Palau Ferrer, the collection also includes the alga collection, both marine and continental, of the ecologist Ramon Margalef (1919-2004). Also important is the presence of material collected by the Menorcan botanist Rodríguez Femenías (1839-1905). |
